Monthly meetings are held in different members’ homes to discuss writing, share and critique work, and plan activities. Members will attest to the robust nature, but also the usefulness, of some of the critique sessions. The group has held three well-received public readings. In 2007, Writers Ink produced, in association with ArtsEtc, an anthology of new and existing work entitled Bazaar Vol. 1.
Literary outreach and education as well as anthologizing the group’s creative output remain WritersInk’s main objectives.
